Shipping & Returns

Shipping

If you place your order before 11 PM, your Melty will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11 PM will be shipped the next business day. We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours.

Shipping takes 1–2 business days from the shipping date if you order from the Netherlands or Belgium, other countries in the EU usually take 1-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Weekends, holidays, and public holidays may cause longer delivery times.


Returns

At Melty, you have a 14-day return period. This means you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your product.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Send us a message via chat or email us at renee@meltystore.com with the following information:

  • Reason for return

  • Your name

  • Which items you are returning

  • Order number

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund.


Damages and issues

Please check your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if something is not right.
If your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please send us a photo or video so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as custom orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
